If you run a business that doesn't necessarily offer fixed-length services (like a contractor, for example) create a sevice called "Initial Consultation" and for price, consider entering "Free" or leaving it blank. The customer scheduling experience
Your customers are not required to create an account with HourTown in order to request an appointment with you and the scheduling process is quick and easy. Your customers can see what's available, what you charge, and then send you a request for what they are interested in scheduling. All the customer needs to provide is their name and email address.
