Bio
Shiva Reinhardt is a Licensed Massage Therapist and trained Yoga Teacher with 8 years of experience in both areas. She is a trained massage teacher and taught at the Pacific Center for Awareness and Bodywork in Hawaii for 2 years. She has extensive knowledge of human anatomy and loves most to work with people to relieve pain and improve quality of life, including the simple process of becoming more relaxed and less stressed. Her other interests include Ayurveda, Psychology, Spirituality, Natural Healing and Health, Nutrition, Meditation, Hiking, Knitting, and Reading.
"I've been trained extensively not only in Structural Integration and deep tissue massage, but also in spa treatments including Hot Stone therapy, Mud body wraps, Salt Glows and much more, including Ayurveda. Aside from my quality technical skill (being able to release your tight spots!), I believe the best thing about my massage is that I am fully Present. This means I don't indulge in idle chatter, daydream, or boredom. During your entire massage I am fully engaged in your experience, whether it be working through your tensions, or making you feel totally pampered and relaxed. That is why I call my practice Presence Massage."

My massage services are professional, therapeutic, and ethical for the relief of muscular pain and tension, and for relaxation. Those with other intentions should look elsewhere.
