Hello! I am a graduate of Midwest Institute of Massage Therapy in Belleville, IL. Prior to my massage career, I was a teacher for 8 years, so believe me when I say that I have firsthand experience with stress and how it affects your body and your overall health. I love being a part of a person's journey of regaining/maintaining their health and wellness.
