Bio
Over the years Jennifer has realized the key to clarity and vitality is strengthening core energy within the physical, emotional and energetic body. In ancient ayurveda, the belief that strengthening energy through the core center of the body emanates throughout the energetic pathways, ultimately bringing a sense of grounded emotional peace and facilitating optimum physical well being. With a belief that authenticity of spirit exists in everyone, Jennifer is committed to raising awareness about building core energy through Reiki, bodywork, and meditation.
