This site is for schools, Daycare, Homeschools and other school Groups to schedule use of Duluth's Town Green fountain. Also for any group over 20 people. Rentals: Private party groups or private events or parties such as birthday parties, company events, personal parties etc. may be subject to rental fees. These groups must call 770.497.5291 to determine if fees apply or space available for rent. For school visitation to town green without using fountain please call direct for Town Green reservation request.

Policies
A 24-hour telephone or email notice is required to cancel or change your appointment. Due to the numerous schools, daycare centers, and home schools, and their many separate center locations, only one visit per month with a 2-hour block of time may be scheduled. All Daycare centers and school groups must register regardless of number of children and include in request the number expected. All groups are required to have on site one adult for every 6 children and to monitor children at all times - especially in Public Restrooms. No children on stage at any time. No bicycles, skateboards, or wheels. Any private event visiting fountain or monopolizing a specific area with over 20 in group must call 770.497.5291 to determine rental and associated fees, requirements for private parties or outings, and if space is not already rented. Private events may rent fountain for $200 per hour as well as town green areas (separate pricing). Fountain and certain areas may not be available during these rental periods. No tents permitted unless rental area. All groups required to clean all areas used before leaving including restroom if group left it in an unsatisfactory condition. All trash brought in must go to dumpster located on Hill Street. Please notify Duluth Festival Center if you plan food or drink.
