Bio
The field of Alternative & Complimentary Health is one I feel at home in and I love what I do. My focus is on Reflexology and Acupressure. I'm a graduate of the IUPUI Reflexology Certification Program and have had extensive training in Acupressure as well as Therapeutic Massage.
My goal is to provide a relaxing and nurturing environment for the client and to have the client walk away knowing that her or his time - and money, of course - was well spent! Stress is pervasive in today's hectic and often challenging environment, and I take pride in being able to help my clients to deepen their ability to relax and manage stress.
My services include Reflexology, Acupressure, Therapeutic Massage and the IonCleanse Detox Footbath. I am excited to offer "Integrated Sessions" of Acupressure and Reflexology, where my client and I assess the client's needs and custom taylor a session focusing on the client's goal for relaxation, stress relief & management as well as pain management, if needed.
