They include Swedish, Therapeutic, Acupressure, Trigger Point Work, Gentle Stretching, Reiki and Reflexology techniques for the maximum healing results you seek! Session time MAY extend due to extra work on neck and shoulders, extra time and work is at no extra charge. You know you can trust me as my information is in various locations on the internet highway. You only have to search for my name. Client written reviews are listed at my website at all times for your immediate needs. I work very hard to build my reputation in only the most professional light, as I believe in this therapy 100% as I personally benefit from it and I still do. I work on my preschool son to keep his immune system strong and we have less sick days than many of his classmates, and my husband misses less time than his co-workers do!
I trained and qualified at the "Center for the Healing Arts" Healing Center, which was just voted Channel 4's BEST MASSAGE FOR 2008. (See my other website under 'About the Therapist' for more information.) My massage techniques and products compare equally to theirs.
My sessions are Holistic, Healing, Therapeutic and Nurturing~ Just as you would find in the most exclusive Healing Center or Spa, only I offer you Natural Organic Products* to maintain your wellness. Not even the best of Spa's use the premium quality items I do.
I use only Cold-Pressed Carrier and Medicinal Essential Oils. This is the best for all skin types and the Essentials are wonderful for treating a variety of complaints, naturally. I used my Essential Oils myself to come off my Rheumatoid Arthritis medication that I have successfully been off for over two years without any ill effects or complaints.

A Word on Stress:
Just as our bodies are unique, stress affects us all differently. Because stress is so powerful, it can be effectively managed by massage therapy, bringing the body back into a state of wellness and balance.
Excessive stress in your life interferes with your interpersonal relationships at home, on the job, and socially. It can make you spend your efforts on not being unhappy, rather than on being happy. Stress can waste your vitality and deplete your personal energy resources that could be used for enjoyment. You can become negatively influenced in your attitudes and feelings about yourself more easily.
Stress can interfere with your physical functioning and bodily processes. High blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, and heart disease have been linked to stress factors. Other stress-related ailments include ulcers, allergies, asthma, and migraine headaches. Most health professionals agree stress can be a contributing factor in making existing medical problems worse. Relaxation is more than just the body unwinding, it is also allowing the mind a chance to quiet itself and go inward. It is what causes some clients to easily fall asleep on the massage table, while helping others "see" more clearly afterward.

On Professionalism & Bodywork:
We suffer not just physical and mental stress, but also emotional, and spiritual. Our muscles have carried us since the day we learned to walk, so depending on what we did with our precious bodies when we were children, when in school, college and now; our muscles and connective tissues hold a special story that only Professional Bodyworkers can follow and help unravel.
This is because a Professional Therapist will differentiate the therapeutic value of touch in the professional sense. Professional Bodywork Therapists understand that a session could trigger emotional memories from the past as muscles hold memories, emotions and trauma for years. This is why any therapist should remain cautious with a client so that the strokes are not interpreted as anything but light, therapeutic, holistic and nurturing to keep the client feeling safe while they go within themselves to heal.


Massage is a perfect elixir for good health, but it can also provide an integration of body and mind, a valuable tool for our often-busy lives. By producing a meditative state or heightened awareness of living in the present moment, massage can provide emotional and spiritual balance, bringing with it true relaxation, peace and well-being. Taking care of ourselves is never be a bad thing, whether it is eating a diet filled with fresh, unprocessed foods, taking a week's vacation, or bathing with skin-conditioning oils and mind-enhancing scents. Massage is no different. In fact, there is simply no way to separate the luxury or pampering from the healing and therapeutic, because they are one in the same.

Please Note: I am UNAVAILABLE between 5pm -8pm daily due to 'Family Time'. The last session time will be taken thirty minutes earlier than my 'closing time'. (Or earlier, depending on the session you decide on.).

The 'Cold/Flu' season is nearly here... If you are not well or if you know you are contagious, please reschedule your session for another time to avoid spreading the infection. I practice wellness, and I do my best to keep everyone healthy!

If you are booking for Sunday hours, you MUST book Three Days in ADVANCE due to personal family engagements and upcoming holidays so I can be available to meet your needs! Please have a 'back up' date, as I may be unavailable!

IMPORTANT Note: PLEASE be flexible when booking your session online. I do have other sessions that could be in process of approval. I want to see you accommodated!

Cancellation Fees: As a courtesy to all involved, I request a 24-hour cancellation notice for any service. YOU MUST CONTACT ME DIRECTLY VIA PHONE TO CANCEL. Emails can result in Cancellation fees, if not seen in time or if the internet/ email is down. Cancellations of less than 24-hours or no-shows will be billed 50% of their session costs. (My website does list all my policy information.)

Sessions ARE CONFIRMED via email (if you have provided on file) or a phone call. You will receive one notification.

On Setting Sessions: NEW Clients: Please provide a suitable contact time. All New Clients are contacted via email prior to me Confirming your session to gather your information so that I may be better prepared for your session to the best of my ability. I also use this time to see if you have any questions for me in advance. (If you prefer to be contacted via phone, please give me the best time to contact you - especially if you provide your "work" phone, as I am considerate of company policies.)
