About
Sports massage, deep tissue, and Active Release Technique (ART) for active individuals. Mike Toomey specializes in sports massage, deep tissue and Active Release Technique. He is experienced in working with athletes of all levels (novice to elite). As a therapist, athlete and coach, he understands the special needs of athletes including injury prevention, injury recovery, and pre and post race preparation. Massage Therapy and ART is especially effective for chronic injuries such as Plantar Fasciitis, Achilles Tendonitis, Ilitotibial Band Syndrome and also for expediting recovery from acute injuries such as sprains or strains.
Bio
Mike Toomey is a nationally certified massage therapist and certified ART practicioner. Mike is a USATF certified three season coach (xc, indoor and outdoor track) and has been a runner for over 20 years. Mike was a MA HS State Champ, and a NCAA All-American Runner at UMass.

A 24 hour notice is required to cancel or change your appointment. Please call me directly to cancel. 50% of payment is required for missed appointments or those with less than 24 hour notice.
