Bio
Hi there! My name is Liz and I have over 1200 hours of education in Swedish massage, shiatsu, anatomy and related sciences, Japanese Anma, reflexology and a current CPR certification. I also hold a Level 2 Thai Yoga Bodywork certification with Jonas Westring. The massage I give is a combination of all these modalities that will leave you both relaxed and energized at the same time.

Policies
- All on-site work is done fully draped on either the table, or floor (depending on the type of session desired and space considerations). 5 Element signature integration massage (incorporating Swedish, Thai, Shiatsu and Japanese Anma), and Traditional Thai Massage sessions are available.
- If you are pregnant, have a serious injury or illness, fever or any other issues I should know about, please let me know as soon as possible as medical clearance may be required before the session.
- If you need to reschedule or cancel, a 24-hour notice is required, otherwise you will be held responsible for payment. I do understand that scheduling changes happen; however, my time slots are often quite limited (plus there is the time and expense involved if I am already en-route to your location) and I would like to be able to accomodate other clients if there is an opening.
- The type of work that is offered is strictly therapeutic. Inappropriate language and actions will result in termination of your session with the scheduled payment due in full. I reserve the right to refuse service.
